Hillcane was built by Jacob Mishalanie and Thomas Garner. Jacob has visited coffee shops across the country and knows the difference between a real specialty cafe and a place that just sells coffee. Thomas is an SEO, Google, and AI search expert. We started noticing this pattern — great cafes invisible in search — in the Southeast, then found the exact same thing happening everywhere. It is not a regional problem. It is a search problem, and it shows up in almost every market we have looked at.
