Step 02

WHAT SEARCH ACTUALLY READS

Fixing What Google Reads, Not What Visitors See

You do not need a new website. Most of the time, the site you already have can stay exactly where it is, same platform, same design, same photos. What usually needs work is underneath it, page titles, HTTPS, site structure, and whether the homepage reads as a specialty cafe instead of a shop that just happens to sell coffee. This is a common pattern. Most independent cafe sites we look at were built around a bag store homepage, with weak structure underneath, and it shows up in how they rank.

We also make sure your Google Business Profile actually matches your site, and that the cafe itself, hours, location, what makes it specialty, is described in a way AI search tools can read and repeat correctly. Often the Google listing is doing more work than the actual website, which is a sign the site needs to catch up, not get replaced. This is the layer most coffee marketing skips entirely.

What Fix covers. Page titles and descriptions that say what each page is. HTTPS, redirects, duplicate pages and broken links. A homepage structured so it reads as a specialty cafe. Your Google Business Profile matched to your site, with the same hours, categories, name, address and phone. Cafe schema so AI tools can read and repeat the facts correctly.

What you get. A list of every change made, the before and after for titles and key pages, and a short note on what to leave alone.

Not a Redesign. Not a Markup Cheat Sheet.

This is not a visual overhaul, and it is not a checklist of markup tricks either. It is the specific, unglamorous work of making sure the site you already have is built the way Google, Maps, and AI search actually work today.
