Step 01
WHAT GOOGLE THINKS YOU ARE
A Plain Readout of How Search Sees Your Cafe
Before anything gets fixed, we look at what Google, Maps, and AI search already think your cafe is. Not a secret score. A plain readout: what shows up, what is missing, what is out of date, and whether search understands you are a specialty coffee shop and not just a place that sells bags of beans. Across a nationwide look at more than a thousand shops, the median score sits in the mid teens out of forty, and about four in five are thin on content. That is the norm, not a verdict on you specifically.
For a lot of cafes, Google Maps is the real front door, with more traffic most days than the homepage. Local listicles, Reddit threads, and the visitor bureau's own "best coffee" post can help too, but you do not own any of them, and in plenty of markets they already outrank the cafe's own site. Your website and your Google Business Profile are the only channel that is actually yours. See starts by showing you exactly how that channel looks right now.
What the readout covers. What shows up when someone searches your name, your city and your category. Whether your website and your Google Business Profile agree on name, address, phone and hours. How your homepage reads to search, as a specialty cafe or a shop that sells bags of beans. What your pages say about each location and neighborhood, and what is missing. What AI assistants say about your cafe today.
What you get. A written list of what is missing, what is out of date and what to fix first, in plain language. Most independent cafes have gaps, and the readout is not a verdict on you.

Same Coffee, Different Story Depending on the Listing
A great cafe and a bag-of-beans shop can look identical to search if nobody has told it otherwise. We check your listings, your site, and how the two line up, so you know where the story is getting lost before we fix anything.
