Mothership Coffee's Green Valley room is at 2708 North Green Valley Parkway, in the plaza at Green Valley and Sunset next to Trader Joe's, open 7 am to 6 pm daily. Its St. Rose room is at 2625 St. Rose Parkway, at St. Rose and Coronado Center Drive, open 6 am to 6 pm daily. Dark Moon Coffee Roasters is at 11041 South Eastern Avenue, Suite 115, open 7 am to 7 pm every day. Daily Spark Coffee is at 43 South Stephanie Street, Suite 120.
Those four addresses sit in the two parts of Henderson where daily life runs along parkways rather than a downtown street: Green Valley, between Las Vegas and downtown Henderson, and St. Rose, in the south of the city. Henderson's Water Street District has its own coffee story and its own Hillcane post. This page stays out on the parkways, where most people reach their coffee by car on the way to somewhere else.
Henderson is a city of 324,523 people by the most recent American Community Survey five year estimate, and the second most populous city in Nevada after Las Vegas. It is not the Strip, and neither of these pockets is a tourist corridor. They are neighborhoods, and the coffee in them is laid out the way the neighborhoods are: by street, by plaza, and by cross street.
Two Pockets, Four Streets
The simplest way to picture Henderson's suburban coffee is as two clusters. In Green Valley, the streets are Stephanie Street and Green Valley Parkway. In St. Rose, they are St. Rose Parkway and South Eastern Avenue. Each cluster has its own morning traffic, its own shopping plazas and its own regulars.
The addresses on this page make the split clear. The Green Valley Parkway location carries the 89014 zip code. The St. Rose Parkway location and the South Eastern Avenue shop both carry 89052. A visitor who knows which pocket they are in, and which cross street they want, can find each door without guessing.
That matters in a city laid out like Henderson. There is no single downtown that every neighborhood feeds into. People live in a pocket, shop in a pocket and drink coffee in a pocket, so the right answer to where to get coffee in Henderson depends entirely on which part of the city someone is standing in.
How Green Valley Began
Green Valley is the older of the two pockets. Henderson's history, as summarized in its Wikipedia entry, traces it to a 1971 land sale of 4,720 acres of government released land lying between Las Vegas and downtown Henderson. That sale led to the first neighborhoods outside Henderson's original downtown, and they took the name Green Valley.
Through the following decades, the Green Valley development encouraged growth, and other master planned communities followed its lead. That is the pattern a coffee drinker still sees today: wide parkways, shopping plazas at the major intersections, and neighborhoods set back from the arterial roads.
It also explains why the coffee shops here sit in plazas rather than on a walking street. Green Valley was built for the car, and a cafe at a busy intersection, with a parking lot out front, is the Green Valley version of a corner cafe.
Stephanie Street
Daily Spark Coffee is at 43 South Stephanie Street, Suite 120, on one of Green Valley's main commercial corridors. The suite number is the detail a first time visitor needs, since the address sits inside a multi tenant plaza.
Roast Local's Nevada coffee guide, updated in July 2026, describes Henderson as the Las Vegas suburb that has grown into Nevada's second largest city. In that guide, Daily Spark Coffee rounds out a city that has, in the guide's words, surprisingly built more independent coffee culture than the Strip itself.
Stephanie Street also carries one of Henderson's four Dutch Bros drive thrus, at 251 North Stephanie Street, per the chain's own locator. That puts a national drive thru and a local coffee room on the same corridor, serving the same commuters in different ways.
Green Valley Parkway at Sunset
Mothership Coffee's Green Valley room is at 2708 North Green Valley Parkway, Henderson, 89014, in the plaza at Green Valley Parkway and Sunset Road next to Trader Joe's. It posts daily hours of 7 am to 6 pm.
Mothership describes this room as where its coffee journey began. Its page calls it an intimate space known for a lively atmosphere, with small tables along the walls, bar seating at the window and a patio with three outdoor tables. It also says its team is celebrated for its precision behind the bar.
The Trader Joe's next door is the landmark to remember. For a Green Valley resident running errands at Green Valley and Sunset, the coffee room is a few steps from the grocery run. For a visitor, the plaza is easy to find from either parkway.
St. Rose Parkway at Coronado Center Drive
Mothership Coffee's St. Rose room is at 2625 St. Rose Parkway, Henderson, 89052, at St. Rose Parkway and Coronado Center Drive. It posts daily hours of 6 am to 6 pm, seven days a week.
Mothership's page describes the St. Rose room as a lively retreat with a drive thru, patio seating and a welcoming atmosphere, and it calls the room a favorite for executives, students and moms alike. It offers tables for group gatherings and for solo remote work.
The drive thru makes this a different kind of stop in a parkway pocket. A commuter heading out along St. Rose Parkway can get coffee without leaving the car, and someone who wants to sit and work can take a table inside or on the patio.
South Eastern Avenue
Dark Moon Coffee Roasters is at 11041 South Eastern Avenue, Suite 115, Henderson, 89052, in the St. Rose part of the city. Its posted hours are every day from 7 am to 7 pm.
Food & Wine named Dark Moon the Best Coffee Shop in Nevada in 2022, a statewide title for a Henderson address. Eater Vegas includes Dark Moon on its map of coffee shops and cafes around the valley, and Roast Local's Nevada guide says Dark Moon covers a different corner of the spectrum in Henderson.
The 11041 address sits in the same 89052 zip code as the St. Rose Parkway room. For someone who lives in St. Rose, those two addresses are the local coffee map.
Reading the Hours Across Both Pockets
Put the posted hours side by side and the parkway day takes shape. The St. Rose Parkway location opens first, at 6 am every day. The Green Valley Parkway location and the South Eastern Avenue shop both open at 7 am every day.
In the evening, both Mothership locations close at 6 pm, and Dark Moon on South Eastern posts a 7 pm close every day. That gives St. Rose coffee from 6 am to 7 pm across its two addresses, and Green Valley coffee from 7 am to 6 pm on Green Valley Parkway.
Every one of these posted schedules runs seven days a week, so the coffee shops keep the same hours on a Saturday as on a Tuesday. For a weekend plan, the weekday hours hold.
How Coffee Guides Draw the Same Lines
The two pocket map is not just a way of reading addresses. My Coffee Explorer's Henderson guide, last updated on September 3, 2026, sorts the city's coffee by neighborhood in almost exactly the same way. It files Mothership's Green Valley room under Green Valley, and it files both Mothership's St. Rose room and Dark Moon under a label it calls St. Rose and Eastern.
The guide's short descriptions fill in the picture. It calls the Green Valley location the original Mothership cafe, tucked near Trader Joe's on Green Valley Parkway, with pastries, sandwiches and a patio. It says the St. Rose location adds drive thru convenience, patio seating, group tables, pastries and sandwiches to the southern Henderson corridor. It describes Dark Moon as serving whole beans, cold brew and espresso drinks, with a strong local reputation.
When a drinker's guide and the street addresses agree this closely, the geography is settled. Green Valley is one coffee neighborhood. St. Rose and South Eastern Avenue are another.
A Morning in Each Pocket
A St. Rose morning can start at 6 am at 2625 St. Rose Parkway, through the drive thru or at a patio table, and a later coffee can come from 11041 South Eastern Avenue, which opens at 7 am and stays open until 7 pm. Both sit in the 89052 zip code, so neither stop takes a driver out of the neighborhood.
A Green Valley morning has its own rhythm. The Green Valley Parkway room at Sunset Road opens at 7 am, next to the Trader Joe's plaza, and Stephanie Street is the corridor for Daily Spark at number 43, Suite 120. A resident can fold either stop into the same drive as the grocery run or the school drop off.
Neither loop needs the Strip, the freeway into Las Vegas, or a trip downtown. That is the point of a parkway pocket: the coffee is where the people already are.
Cross Streets Are the Real Directions
In a parkway city, the cross street is often more useful than the street number. Green Valley Parkway at Sunset Road, next to Trader Joe's, is how most locals would describe the Green Valley location. St. Rose Parkway at Coronado Center Drive is the landmark for the St. Rose location.
Suite numbers matter too. Suite 120 on South Stephanie Street and Suite 115 on South Eastern Avenue both sit inside multi tenant plazas, and knowing the suite saves a lap around the parking lot.
A good coffee page in this part of Henderson says all three things: the street address, the cross street and the suite. With those, a visitor who has never been to Green Valley or St. Rose can drive straight to the right door.
Beyond the Two Parkway Pockets
Henderson's coffee does not stop at Green Valley and St. Rose. Downtown, the Water Street District has its own coffee shops and its own Hillcane post. Horizon Shine Coffee Co., a neighborhood bakery cafe from The Coffee Class, is at 709 East Horizon Drive, Suite 100, Henderson, 89015, near Horizon Drive and College Drive, open every day from 7 am to 3 pm.
Henderson's other three Dutch Bros drive thrus sit at 745 West Lake Mead Parkway, 887 East Lake Mead Parkway and 3445 Volunteer Boulevard, per the chain's locator, and they get their own treatment in Hillcane's chain post.
Las Vegas is a separate city with its own coffee map, and this page does not stray into the Strip, the Arts District or the valley's west side. Green Valley and St. Rose are Henderson, and their coffee is Henderson coffee.

Does a Henderson coffee shop need a page for its parkway and cross street?
It helps. In Green Valley and St. Rose, people find coffee by cross street and plaza, such as Green Valley Parkway at Sunset or St. Rose Parkway at Coronado Center Drive. A page naming the address, the suite, the cross street and the posted hours answers that. Hillcane builds them at hillcane.co/contact or (256) 384-2449.
Work with Hillcane
Mothership's St. Rose room opens at 6 am at St. Rose and Coronado Center Drive. Dark Moon on South Eastern runs until 7 pm. Henderson's suburban coffee lives on its parkways, and the cross street is the real address.
