Pueblo Coffee Co. has two sit down cafes in Utah County: Pueblo Cafe at 1680 S State St, Suite 101, in South Orem, and Pueblo Coffee on Main at 388 N Main St, Suite 10, in Springville. Apothecoffee sits farther north on the same Orem corridor, at 360 S State St, Building A, Suite 148, inside Midtown 360 Place. Three cafes, two cities, one long commercial street tying two of them together.

I run Hillcane with Jacob, and addresses like these are exactly why we write pole by pole. State Street in Orem is long, wide and lined with shopping centers, and a suite number or a building letter is often the difference between walking straight in and circling a parking lot. Springville's Main Street is a different kind of street entirely, a small city downtown with its own rhythm.

This post puts all three cafes on the map clearly: which street, which building, which suite, and what each cafe says about itself in its own words.

Pueblo Coffee Co.'s Two Cafes

Pueblo Coffee Co. describes its locations as community oriented cafes, one in Springville and one in Orem. The Orem location is Pueblo Cafe, at 1680 S State St, Suite 101, and the company's page for it also carries the name C.R.E.A.M. and Sugar. The Springville location is Pueblo Coffee on Main, at 388 N Main St, Suite 10.

Those are the two addresses where a drinker can sit down. Anyone looking for a Pueblo table should head to South Orem or to Springville's Main Street, and each location goes by its own name, which helps when two locations from the same company sit in two different cities.

The two locations sit in two different poles of Utah County's coffee map. South Orem's State Street is a busy commercial corridor. Springville's Main Street is the center of a smaller city of 35,474 residents, counted in the Census Bureau's 2023 five year estimates. A regular at one may never visit the other, and both are still Pueblo.

Pueblo Cafe on South State Street

The Orem room sits at 1680 S State St, Suite 101, toward the south end of Orem's State Street corridor. By address number, that puts it well south of the Midtown 360 development at 360 S State St, on a stretch of the corridor closer to the Provo line.

The suite number matters on a street like this one. State Street in Orem is a multi lane corridor lined with shopping centers and larger developments, and 1680 S State St with Suite 101 is the full address to type into a map app. The C.R.E.A.M. and Sugar name on the company's page for this room is another way to recognize it on arrival.

For a South Orem resident, this room is the neighborhood stop. For someone driving the corridor between Orem and Provo, it sits right on the main route, which makes it an easy place to pull off during an errand run along State Street.

Pueblo Coffee on Main in Springville

The Springville room, Pueblo Coffee on Main, sits at 388 N Main St, Suite 10. The name says where it is. This is a Main Street cafe in Springville's downtown, not a State Street stop, and it serves a different kind of day.

Springville's Main Street has more than one coffee address. Java Junkie runs a room farther north at 1150 N Main St, Unit 0. Two cafes on one main street give Springville a small coffee pole of its own, so a resident has options without leaving town.

The Java Junkie room on the same street lists its hours as Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 6pm, Saturday from 6am to 4pm and Sunday from 7am to 4pm. For a Springville resident, that means Main Street has coffee from before sunrise on weekdays, and two addresses to choose between depending on which end of town the day starts from.

For anyone heading south through Utah County, Springville's Main Street is an easy place to break a drive. The full address, 388 N Main St, Suite 10, is the one to use, and the 300 block of North Main puts it close to the center of town by house number.

Apothecoffee at Midtown 360 Place

Apothecoffee describes itself in its own words as your community specialty coffee and tea house, plus a table game and connection cafe. Its address is 360 S State St, Building A, Suite 148, in Orem, inside the development known as Midtown 360 Place.

Midtown 360 is a large enough development that the building letter matters. Apothecoffee's own homepage gives visitors a clear landmark: the cafe is in Building A of Midtown 360 Place, on the same side as TRUreligion. That is the most useful direction a first time visitor can have. Find the TRUreligion side of the development, find Building A, and look for Suite 148.

The address sits in central Orem on State Street, north of the South Orem stretch where Pueblo Cafe is. By number, 360 S and 1680 S are more than a dozen blocks apart on the same corridor, so the two are separate stops rather than neighbors in one center.

Apothecoffee's Hours

Apothecoffee's homepage lists new hours starting October 1, 2026: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. The cafe is closed on Wednesdays, a change the homepage says began on September 16, 2026.

That schedule is worth writing down exactly, because it does not follow the most common pattern. A midweek closure means a Wednesday visitor should plan a different day. The weekend hours run later than the weekday close, which suits a room built around table games and long visits, when people have more time to stay.

Anyone planning around a specific day should check the cafe's homepage before driving over, since the schedule changed recently and could change again. For now, the pattern is simple: four weekdays from 7am to 4:30pm, no Wednesday, and both weekend days from 8am to 5pm.

A Table Game and Connection Cafe

The phrase table game and connection cafe, from Apothecoffee's own description, points to something a little different from a quick counter stop. This is a room built around staying: a game on the table, a conversation, a second drink.

The company also calls itself a specialty coffee and tea house, and its about page carries the title Your Community Coffee Shop Experience. Put those together and the room's intent is clear. It wants to be a place where people gather, not only a place where they pick up an order.

The tea half of that description is worth noting for anyone who does not drink coffee. A group with mixed tastes can gather at one table in Building A, with coffee for some and loose leaf tea for others, and nobody has to pick a second stop.

That kind of positioning matters for how a visitor plans a stop. A table game cafe works best with time to spare, a group of friends and no need to rush back to the car. The longer weekend hours, 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, fit that kind of visit well.

Orem's Three Coffee Poles

State Street is only one of Orem's coffee poles, and it helps to see where it sits among the others. Hillcane's posts treat Orem as three poles: State Street and Midtown 360, University Place near Utah Valley University, and 800 North in North Orem.

The University Place pole holds JJ Coffee Co's Orem cafe at 570 E Park Ave, near the UVU campus. The 800 North pole holds Grinders Coffee House at 43 W 800 N, between Interstate 15 and the entrance to Provo Canyon. Apothecoffee and Pueblo Cafe both sit on the State Street pole, the city's main commercial spine.

Each of those poles pulls a different kind of trip. University Place runs on class schedules. 800 North runs on commutes and canyon traffic. State Street runs on errands, shopping and the steady traffic of Orem's busiest road. A drinker who knows which pole they are standing on can pick the right stop without driving across the city.

That is also why a vague mention of coffee in Orem is not much help to anyone. The city is large, and its coffee is spread across three distinct parts of it, each with its own addresses.

The drive thru chains are part of the same map. Dutch Bros lists one Orem stand among the 35 on its Utah locations page, and 7 Brew's Provo stand at 2298 N University Pkwy tells drivers on its own page that it is 2.5 miles from Utah Valley University. Those are window formats built for one quick transaction. The three cafes in this post are places to sit down, which is a different kind of stop on the same valley floor.

Planning a Route Along State Street

A drinker who wants to visit both State Street cafes in one trip can do it easily, as long as the day is not a Wednesday. Start at Apothecoffee in Building A of Midtown 360 Place, at 360 S State St, when it opens at 7am on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, or at 8am on a weekend. Then drive south along the corridor to 1680 S State St, Suite 101, for Pueblo Cafe.

Continuing south from there leads toward Provo, and continuing farther down the valley leads to Springville, where Pueblo Coffee on Main waits at 388 N Main St, Suite 10. A full loop through all three cafes covers two cities and a good part of Utah County's coffee map.

The practical advice is to confirm hours before setting out. Apothecoffee's schedule changed in the fall of 2026, and any cafe's hours can shift around holidays. The addresses, though, are the fixed points, and they are all here.

Three Rooms on Two Orem and Springville Corridors

Put together, Utah County drinkers have three distinct cafes to know along these corridors. Pueblo Cafe at 1680 S State St, Suite 101, in South Orem. Pueblo Coffee on Main at 388 N Main St, Suite 10, in Springville. And Apothecoffee at 360 S State St, Building A, Suite 148, in Midtown 360 Place, same side as TRUreligion.

Each one earns its own clear description rather than a single blurred mention of State Street. Orem, with 97,048 residents in the Census Bureau's 2023 five year estimates, is big enough that one corridor holds several distinct coffee stops, and Springville's Main Street holds its own.

For a drinker deciding where to go on a given day, the map is simple. South State Street for Pueblo Cafe. Main Street in Springville for Pueblo Coffee on Main. Building A at Midtown 360 for Apothecoffee, any day but Wednesday.

What are Apothecoffee's hours?

The homepage lists new hours starting October 1, 2026: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. The cafe is closed on Wednesdays, a change the homepage dates to September 16, 2026. Checking the homepage before a visit is sensible, since the schedule changed recently. The Wednesday closure is new.

Is Apothecoffee open on Wednesdays?

No. Apothecoffee's homepage lists the cafe as closed on Wednesdays, starting September 16, 2026. The other six days are open, with Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday running from 7am to 4:30pm and weekends from 8am to 5pm, so anyone planning a midweek visit to Building A at Midtown 360 should plan around Wednesday. Weekend hours run later than weekday hours.

Are Pueblo's two cafes in the same Utah County pole?

No. Pueblo Cafe at 1680 S State St sits on Orem's State Street pole. Pueblo Coffee on Main at 388 N Main St sits on Springville's Main Street pole.
